Tessa has had a variety of jobs ranging from Catering to Telecoms but she always had a desire to help anyone who was in need. She meditates every day as she can feel the benefits of peace that it provides. She also loves Jazzercise which keeps her fit and offers a real sense of community. When she gets the time she likes nothing better than to curl up with a good book. Tessa’s hope is to help as many people as possible who are struggling with bereavement.
